Actually, Let’s Not Be in the Moment

Mindfulness has been (and still is) the buzzword in wellness during the last few years. This week’s article is a dissenting viewpoint regarding defining mindfulness as a “here and now” approach. Consistent with some coaching approaches, the author believes that looking forward and backward (i.e. setting a vision and strategy in coaching) are also very important as clearing one’s mind and focusing on the moment.
